I bought my first house 4 years ago. Everything is in good control. Now I try to look for a Condo as my secondary home
(I will give it for my relative). I would like to get $50,000.00 to 60,000.00 down and the rest get a 15 or 30 years fixed interest rate loan.

Here are my requirements
1. Condo Price under $160,000.00
2. Location near Elk Grove or good south area . (Center Park
area is fine. I am living in Elk Grove).
3. 2 bed rooms with around 1000 square feets
4. HOA less than $ 150.00
5. Condo shouldn’t older than 1980

I know my requirement will make you laugh, you may ask me to add 30 to 40 thousands more, but I believe it’s not impossible as I read so many articles and predict the situation in the future months. I am not in the hurry and I like to wait the better deal.

Condo will not be my investment property, it’s my sencondary home and I will pay it off as soon as I can.
