    No, seriously, though, you’re preaching to the choir. If it were up to Realtors, there’d be about five color choices for interior paint: white, bone white, ivory, sea shell, and beige.

    Seriously again as an aside to buyers of this condo (or anything else). Paint and carpet are often easy fixes to negotiate.
