Good MLS Photo of the Day

In keeping with the Manichean promise I made to one of my blogging heroes, Athol Kay, here as promised is my Good MLS Photo of the Day.
Yes, I want to live there.
No, I can’t afford it. I consider my real estate business to be successful, but it isn’t that successful.
Yet.
Yes it is listed for sale (by Lyon Real Estate). But as a rule, if you don’t have an agent yet, naturally one of my agents would be happy to show it to you.
But you knew that.
I ran across this photo while testing something out that will be the subject of my next post.
You know, come to think of it, based on the Good MLS Photo of the Day, one could easily do an MLS Photo of the Week, and a Guess The Price Contest. (With or without a “Guess the Comps” contest).
Wow. One could get out from under real estate market data, with a little luck.
