Do you get much response from being on Craigslist?

It’s a little too soon to speak to the results — I just started posting them there recently. I’m also starting to post to Zillow, ActiveRain, Real Estate Webmasters, and everywhere else I can think of as part of “Ultimate Online Listing”, which is a new service offering idea. So far what I’m doing is just experimental — I’ll formalize as I go if I don’t go back to my map project blog or project 459.

I get excellent response from craigslist. I also pick up leads from there. And on the few properties I manage, craigslist is the first stop for For Rent ads. Almost all my tenants come from craigslist.

Thanks for weighing in on that. I’ve heard great things about Craigslist from others as well, I just haven’t been using it long. It’s definitely something that’s in my listing toolbox from now on, however. In fact I need to go put another of our listings there right now.

Great design and presentation. The design gives a good overview of the listings at the first glance. Nice descriptive listing on the whole.
