I don’t know how much work you want to put into research you’re giving away, but it would be nice to be able to sort by various criteria (e.g., price). It would also be nice if you changed the radio buttons to check boxes to make it possible to search bank-owned and short sales at the same time, instead of having to do two searches.

Good points. Actually I had the choices as checkboxes originally but ran into a minor problem on the query. I could probably readily solve that another way, however, and I do think it’s cool to have both sets of results at once.

I did kind of have a minimal implementation in mind, but perhaps I could also add a simple sort as well. Maybe price / area / and type — that’s all three of the choices. Shouldn’t be too hard. I’ll try to take it on later this week if nothing pressing comes up.

I don’t know — giving away research isn’t always that bad. My main search brings lots of buyers. I find that the more open the info is, the more people actually call when they’re ready. Otherwise I wouldn’t have put it together, since clearly the main page in that foreclosure section is already more of a “call to action form”.
