Elk Grove homes are a picturesque study in contrasts. Incorporated on July 1, 2000, Elk Grove is California's "First New City of the 21st Century". With land in incorporated areas still available and a city government committed to supporting business and residential growth, Elk Grove is likely to continue to experience rapid growth well throughout the first quarter of this century.
