• To allow John Lockwood Associates team members or our preferred lender to contact you and to assist you with a specific inquiry. We may refer you to an agent outside the company if we run into a situation where we are handling too many inquiries.
• When we follow up with you to respond to your inquiry, we may invite you to participate in other mailing lists. However, your name will not automatically be added, and you will need to opt in to the list and then confirm before you will be added.
• If you choose to be represented by a Realtor® on our team, we use your information to contact you in the normal course of business.
• Our web site and our multiple listing service provides for automated e-mail property listing updates that you may elect to receive, either by filling in a form online or asking your Realtor®. This service is fully opt-in and opt-out. You will not be added to this or any other mailing list unless you explicitly request to be added. Even so, each e-mail you'll recieve has a link you can use to unsubscribe from the service, or you can send us an email asking us to unsubscribe you.

Additional Safeguards

• We do not sell or rent our client phone or mailing lists to third parties.
• Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.
• Some of our automated systems are provided by third parties. However, we never knowingly use any third party provider who has a policy of selling or renting mailing lists, and we will immediately terminate our relations with any vendor known to be in violation of this policy. We also expect our vendors to put in place appropriate physical and managerial safeguards to protect our clients' information.
