Today I rechecked the comparable sales on our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath listing in Rosemont, and it looks like it’s still an excellent buy at $285,000. Looking at all the homes within a half mile radius, there are 19 available, and only one has a lower price — the average price is over $20,000 higher, and the average sold price is over $10,000 higher.
