In fact, I wrote an article about Why Short Sales Are No Bargain, and I gave 11 reasons why they are not. I give it to every client who tells me he or she wants to buy a short sale. I'm not going to litter your blog with the link but suffice to say that a quick search on Google asking for "short sales no bargain" will return your desire results.
