Our team began in 2004 as a collaboration between Vicki Agregado, a Realtor with over twenty years of experience, and John Lockwood, a relative newcomer to the Real Estate industry with a dream of serving more Internet-savvy clients than any other team in the area.
Our unique combination of Vicki's extensive Real Estate skills and John's earlier work as an Internet web site developer brought us some 850 web visitors per day in 2004, as a result of which we were fortunate in our first year as a team to be honored with awards like the El Dorado County Association of Realtors® Top Achievers Club, and REMAX's 100% Club and Executive Club production awards. Also, our business has grown so well that in 2005 we asked a third Realtor® to become a member of the team. Wendy Lovatt-Dougherty, our team's newest Realtor®, has both tremendous skill and the kind of unwavering energy and enthusiasm that our clients really enjoy.
